2. General information. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and my content and services. Processing takes place only with your consent or where permitted by law.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare). This website is a static site delivered through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (EU representative: Cloudflare Portugal, Unipessoal Lda., Lisbon). Data transfers to the USA are carried out on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

4. Server log files. When you access the website, the following data is automatically processed: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is used solely for the technical operation and security of the website and is retained for a short period only. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts, scripts or media from third-party servers.

6. Contact. If you contact me by e-mail or phone, the data you provide is stored to process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about my services, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries.

7. Data retention. Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, unless legal retention obligations exist.

8. Your rights. You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
